This Privacy Policy explains how PimiPay ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the PimiPay website (pimipay.com) and the Paddle for WooCommerce plugin (the "Plugin").

  • Purchase information — when you buy a license, our payment processor collects your name, email address, billing details, and payment information.
  • Support requests — when you contact support@pimipay.com, we receive the contents of your message and any attachments you send.
  • License activation — when the Plugin is activated on your site, we receive your site URL and license key to validate the license and deliver updates.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use pimipay.com. Analytics cookies collect information like your approximate location, browser, device, and pages visited.
  • Server logs — standard web-server logs record IP addresses, user agents, and request timestamps for security and diagnostics.

  • To deliver the Plugin, license keys, and updates.

  • To operate and improve pimipay.com.

4. Data the Plugin processes on your site

The Plugin runs on your own WordPress installation and does not send your customers' personal data to PimiPay. Payment processing is handled by Paddle under Paddle's own privacy policy. The Plugin may store Paddle transaction identifiers and webhook secrets in your WordPress database for the purpose of verifying payments.

5. Cookies

pimipay.com uses cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The Plugin itself does not set cookies on your customers' browsers; cookies during checkout are set by Paddle.

6. Data retention

We retain purchase and license data for as long as necessary to provide updates and support, to comply with tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Support email threads are retained for up to three years.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@pimipay.com.

8. International transfers

We operate globally and may transfer information to, and process it in, countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

The Plugin and pimipay.com are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
