Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for the PimiPay Paddle for WooCommerce plugin.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new license purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@pimipay.com from the email address you used to purchase.
  2. Include your order number or license key.
  3. Briefly describe the issue so we can improve — this is optional but appreciated.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license is deactivated. You are required to remove the Plugin from any sites where it is installed. You will no longer receive Plugin updates or support under the refunded license.

Exclusions

  • License renewals — renewals are non-refundable. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel the renewal before it is charged.
  • Requests after 30 days — we cannot offer refunds on purchases older than 30 days.
  • Abuse — we reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be abusive or that violate our Terms of Service.
