Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the PimiPay Paddle for WooCommerce plugin and related services (collectively, the "Plugin") provided by PimiPay ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

The Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later), consistent with WordPress plugin licensing. Each paid license entitles you to use the Plugin on the number of sites indicated at purchase (a Single Site license covers one site), along with premium updates and support for the license period.

2. Purchase and payment

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller. Prices are shown in USD. All purchases are subject to the refund terms in our Refund Policy.

3. Updates and support

An active license includes one year of updates and premium email support from the date of purchase. After the license expires, the Plugin continues to function, but you will not receive further updates or support until the license is renewed.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may install the Plugin on the number of sites covered by your license.
  • You may modify the Plugin for your own use in accordance with the GPL.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Plugin under a different name or brand.
  • You may not remove copyright, author, or license notices included in the source code.

5. Third-party services

The Plugin integrates with Paddle (paddle.com) for payment processing. You are responsible for maintaining your own Paddle account and complying with Paddle's own terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PimiPay, its authors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Plugin. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and remove it from your sites, except to the extent permitted by the underlying GPL license.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Plugin after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
